Q: Will we have access to our records if they are stored at your facility?

A: Yes, your boxes or files may be retrieved immediately if requested.

Q: Security is a concern, how can we be assured our records are protected?

A: All boxes are stored within our secured record center. Surveillance cameras are installed offering 24×7 monitoring. Access into the record center is limited and controlled by a push button keypad. Only employees who work in the center and have signed a confidentiality agreement are granted access.

Q: Once our boxes are stored off-site, how can I make sure employees from our company do not request information?

A: Our state-of-the-art software allows us to enter only authorized employees to each account. Each employee will have an authorized number, which is used for retrieval purposes.

Q: Our boxes currently are stored in different size boxes, do we have to re-box them in your record storage boxes?

A: No, as long as your boxes are in good shape and have lids attached, we allow any size box to be stored at our facility.

Q: Do you sell record storage boxes?

A: Yes, we can deliver the boxes to your site within 24 hours.

Q: How will we know what we have in storage?

A: All boxes will be inventoried and tracked by barcoding. Reports can be created and provided to you on a CD for easy viewing purposes.

Q: How do we know when to destroy our boxes in storage?

A: Our facility requires authorization and initiation from the customer to begin the process. Once the boxes are confirmed by the customer, our staff will pull the boxes and destroy the contents at our facility. You will then receive a certificate of destruction for your records.

Q: Will you pick up our boxes at our facility?

A: Yes, our experienced staff will pick up your boxes at your facility. We will need to know the approximate number of boxes to be picked up for vehicle selection purposes.

Q: What are your operating hours?

A: Monday thru Friday, 7:30a.m to 4:00 p.m. Box or file pick up is available until 5:00 p.m.

Q: How do we pay for storage?

A: You will receive a monthly invoice in the mail for record storage.

Q: Would you be willing to visit our facility to see how we currently have our storage set up and give your recommendations on new and fresh storage or inventory ideas?

A: Yes, we offer this service free of charge. We will visit your facility and discuss any concerns you may have with your current in-house procedures for record retention.

Q: How far in advance do we need to notify you if we are ready to store our records with ROGERS Service Group?

A: We are an agent of United Van Lines, therefore we will always have trucks and staff available for pick up needs. Depending on the size of the pick up, a weeks notice would be sufficient advance notification.
